The brief
Build a lead-generation site for a Utah roofing contractor that ranks across multiple service areas and routes enquiries straight into the client's CRM.
The problem
Home-services contractors compete locally, town by town, but usually run a single generic services page that cannot rank for any of them. The site needed repeatable service-area pages that are genuinely distinct rather than templated duplicates, plus a lead path that reaches the sales team without manual re-entry.

Technical challenges
Service-area pages that are not thin duplicates
A reusable section-block system was built into the theme so each service-area page is assembled from shared components but carries its own copy, imagery, and local context. This keeps build time low without producing near-identical pages that get filtered out of local results.
Lead capture wired directly to the CRM
Quote requests post straight into the client's CRM rather than landing only in an inbox, so a lead is in the sales pipeline the moment it is submitted and nothing depends on someone re-typing it.
Mobile-first for on-the-roof traffic
The majority of roofing enquiries arrive on mobile, often on poor connections. The layout was built mobile-first with a lightweight critical path so the quote form is usable immediately rather than after a full page load.
Outcome
A custom WordPress build with a reusable block system powering distinct service-area landing pages, and quote forms feeding the client's CRM directly.
