The work started on Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn — hands-on WordPress builds for a steady run of direct clients and for agencies subcontracting the delivery, learning by shipping rather than in a classroom. The range of work widened from there. A brochure site is a design and content exercise; a store serving both wholesale salons and retail customers from one catalogue, without either seeing the other's pricing, is an architecture problem. Both kinds still come through.

Every web build is built directly. There is no team behind the scenes and no work passed down a chain — on web, e-commerce, and automation projects, the person scoping the project is the person writing the code. AI tooling sits in that workflow as an accelerator rather than a substitute: it handles the repetitive parts so more of the time goes into the decisions that actually shape a build. Native mobile app work is the one exception, and it is handled through trusted collaborators rather than in-house.

The current stack spans both ends of that range. WordPress and WooCommerce remain the core, because most businesses need people who are not developers to publish content and manage products without filing a ticket. Shopify covers merchants who would rather pay a platform fee than own an infrastructure problem. Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Supabase cover the projects where a CMS genuinely cannot express what is needed — authenticated dashboards, application logic, or a performance requirement that is part of the product.

AI automation joined the service list because businesses in 2026 need it. It is an extension of the web work rather than a pivot away from it — the same clients who need a site that converts increasingly need the workflows behind it to run without someone doing the work by hand. In practice that means workflows built with the Claude API, n8n, and Make.com: routing and tagging inbound enquiries, extracting fields from documents, qualifying leads, and answering common customer questions from a business's own documentation.

Web work is delivered solo and fully remote. There is no account manager, no junior developer assigned after the pitch, and no handoff between the person who scoped the project and the person who builds it. That is the main argument for working this way, and the honest limitation is set out further down this page.
